Resource Person Mr. Yash Saini led the day with insightful sessions covering key concepts like:
- The 4Cs of 21st Century Skills
- Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence Theory
- Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman
- The “I do, We do, You do” approach
- Innovative classroom strategies and the teacher’s evolving role
- Interactive activities kept the teachers engaged, making learning hands-on and impactful.
Mr. Sanjay Soni shared his valuable reflections:
“Such sessions help us understand the present needs of our students and prepare ourselves with the skills essential for the 21st century. We must create a ‘learning box’ classroom where students feel free to explore and think creatively. Let’s encourage them to think locally and act globally.”
