🌟 Gurukul Empowers Educators through Transformative Orientation Program 🌟

Gurukul School, Dhamnod successfully hosted a one-day Teacher Orientation Program bringing together educators from Gurukul School Dhamnod and Shri Gurukul School Kasrawad. The aim was to inspire innovative thinking in education, enhance classroom management, and encourage child-centric teaching practices.
🎙️ The key speaker, Mr. Mohit Yadav (Director – Annie Besant Group & Krishna Group of Institutes), led two impactful sessions:
🔹 Session 1: “The Journey from Teacher to Mentor” – where he emphasized that a modern educator must go beyond content delivery and become a guide, motivator, and emotionally intelligent mentor.
🔹 Session 2: “The Art of Classroom Management” – focusing on effective classroom control, discipline with empathy, and the importance of practical, life-connected education.
🌸 The program began with a warm welcome address by Mr. Prahlad Bhandari, CEO of Gurukul School, and Mr. Mohit Nigam from PM Publications.
Mr. Nigam remarked, “Such sessions are essential for teachers as they promote self-reflection, innovation, and professional responsibility.”
🎁 At the end, the chief guests were felicitated with tokens of appreciation by the Gurukul family in gratitude for their time, insights, and inspiring presence.
