Investiture Ceremony at
Bhandari Public International School, Khargone
Theme: Empowering Young Minds to Shoulder Responsibilities

“Leadership is not about titles or positions, it is about action, courage, and responsibility.”

With grandeur, grace, and a deep sense of purpose, Bhandari Public International School, Khargone, celebrated its Investiture Ceremony 2025 on the powerful theme “Empowering Young Minds to Shoulder Responsibilities.” The event marked the formal installation of the new student council members who pledged to lead with integrity and dedication.

The morning began with the ceremonial arrival of guests, staff, and students, followed by a disciplined march past by the four houses – Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram, and Maheshwaram, showcasing their house spirit and unity. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Manoj Raghuwanshi, a renowned reporter from Khargone, as the Chief Guest.

The welcome speech was delivered by Sir Bharat Patil followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp, Saraswati Vandana, and a soulful prayer that filled the atmosphere with positivity. A mesmerizing welcome dance by the Madam Priyanka Sewadik and team added color and vibrance to the occasion.

The highlight of the ceremony was the badge and sash distribution to the newly elected Head Boy, Head Girl, CCA Incharge, and representatives of all four houses. The leadership team included House Masters, House Captains (boys & girls), Sports Captains, Discipline and Cultural Prefects, who took their place of honor on stage, embodying the values of commitment and excellence.

The choir group elevated the spirit of the gathering with a melodious song, setting the tone for the Oath Ceremony, where all council members solemnly pledged to serve with responsibility and honor.

Chief Guest Mr. Manoj Raghuwanshi, in his address, inspired students by saying,

> “True leadership begins when you take responsibility not just for yourself, but for others around you.”

Principal Sir, in his speech, emphasized the importance of student leadership in shaping the school’s future:

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Sir Naveen Parashar, followed by the National Anthem, echoing pride and patriotism in every heart.

The Investiture Ceremony was not just an event, but a celebration of values, commitment, and the promise of a brighter future led by empowered young minds.
